As a loyal, 20+ year patient of Dr Heap, I am admittedly biased! But, one does not stay with the same dentist for this long unless that dentist, and his entire staff, provide quality care with a personal touch. This visit was for a routine cleaning. Dr Heap has a new hygienist on staff - Nikki. She was outstanding! Thorough, professional, informative and friendly. I highly recommend Dr Heap and his entire team!.
As always, Robert is very passionate about his work and did a great job. He'll be greatly missed when he retires, but I wish him the best in his future endeavors..
I have been a patient since 1985!!!!! Dr Heap is the greatest dentist that takes so much care in my dental health! He has a great sense of humor! All of the staff really makes you feel like part of the family they do excellent work & make sure they do everything to accommodate you. Happy to say I have followed his advise for all of these years I have beautiful healthy teeth! Thank You Dr Heap & all of your staff for making my lifelong dental experience a very pleasant one! I highly recommend making a visit and become part of the family (the facility is gorgeous! big windows in the rooms with humming bird feeders outside the window! TV's with any video you want on the ceiling. Did i mention how nice the staff is?) I forever owe him for coming in on a Saturday to put a cap on my front tooth that a dog knocked out! He saved my life that day do you know how painful nerve exposed to air is? Great place, great people, excellent extremely skilled dentist! I have been a patient since 1985!!!!!
