While visiting the office I interacted with Brittany and Bridget in the front, Marcie as a dental assistant, and Dr. Marlene Schiller. All were so very friendly, patient, and interested in my dental health, care, and needs. Ms. Bridget was very knowledgeable and when explaining pricing and codes for my treatment plan. She also provided helpful insight. Brittany was kind and welcoming at each contact. Marcie was calming and very much capable. Dr. Schiller has a sure and steady hand, explained the procedure every step of the way and made me comfortable. Clean and comfortable office. I’m sure I picked the right place..
The lady at the front was very helpful. I loved the orthodontist too. He was very knowledgeable as to the process that I need to take to make me feel comfortable with my smile..
Nice new location made appointment for X ray exam and cleaning had a1130 appointment went back 1 hour 30 late only did X-ray and Doctor and had to come back for cleaning. Made 11 am appointment had to wait again 45 min this time. Staff nice really slow treat me like there time more important than mine. Will not go back!!!.
