She did my root canal with Mattie and sh red was excellent in making me feel good and in no pain. I’d recommend her to everyone. That was my first root canal and my anxiety was really high but she comforted me and made it easy..
Very nice and down to earth personality. Knew what he was doing. One of the most painless visits I have ever had from a dentist. Had to have a bad tooth extracted and he was able to do it without it without it breaking apart. Had no pain, swelling, or discomfort afterward. I Highly recommend him and would see him again..
I used to be a patient, however had a root situation in midDecember and Stephen kept sending me home with mouth guards and pain killers, lied all the way that it was not a big deal, only because he didn't want to take up a job close to Christmas. Called his cell on Saturday, he did not return my call or my voicemail. Went to Emergency Dental on Saturday and was told the truth that i needed to be seen by an Endodontist asap. Would not ever go back to Stephen Forrest. He is not honest, be aware!.
The staff here are the worst, they are extremely unprofessional and rude! They are sarcastic when you try to complain about treatment. I literally said ow once and was told that if i was going to complain i could just leave now. Dr O'Malley wouldn't see me with my daughter in the room, and she was sitting quietly in the corner coloring, i had to call a babysitter to come pick her up and by then most of the numbing had worn off so i got a cavity filled while i could feel it!! They didnt verify ins before my appt like they claimed since my ins was changing i double checked with them before hand, they confirmed i was covered and then i wasnt and had to pay out of pocket. If thats not bad enough the first stmnt i rcvd was sent to the wrong address, to my mom's who was also going there, and it threatened collections and had a very unprofessional note written on it by staff requesting payment in full.. The staff are so rude and unprofessional i dont know how they stay in business! I went here since i was very little and the new staff have made it so i will never go back. They dont even keep proper records.. my daughter has gone there every 6mos since she was one and they only had 3 visits listed in her med records! She is 4 1/2years old!.
I went here when I was 8mo pregnant cause one bad tooth. When I went for first apt this girl that work there examined my teeth with these tools from a tray with tooth paste splaters on it and the room we were in had hair and floss on the floor. I had to go back for a root canal when I did I had to wait almost 2hrs past my apt time and those hags in the front office were calling ppl to see if they were on there way or to ask about bills these ladys should be in a office somewere I sat there n listen to them yak made me sick then they started arguing in front of everyone idk but if ur reading this don't go here I ended up leaving n never got the service done..
If I could give less than 1 star I would. This place is terrible! I had a bad tooth and went to them; they refused to help me with the one bad tooth unless I would sign a contract for almost $24,000 worth of work they said I "Needed". (I didn't; one bad tooth was my only problem!) Needless to say, I went elsewhere. Several months later I was contacted by a collection agency; turns out that Midlands had been sending my bill to the wrong address and, when they didn't get payment, turned my account over to collections!!! I had thought that my insurance had covered the bill, since I had never received anything from Midlands. I called and asked Midlands about it, all they did was giggle and say "Oh, I guess we made a mistake, your paperwork does show the correct address! I don't know why we sent it to the wrong address, but I guess now you have to pay the collection agency." They absolutely refused to remove my bill from collections (and save both my credit rating as well as me having to pay the collection fee), even though it was THEIR mistake. In short, you would get better care from a guy on the street with a hammer and chisel than from Midlands Dental!.
