Being a patient for for 66 years, need I say more. Each dentist and assistants during the years have been professional and friendly. Always smiles and greetings as you enter. If I were unhappy with them, would I still be going there! Was there just this morning..
PatI am eternally grateful to Dr. Warpeha for his suggestion/recommendation that I consider getting dental implants and a fixed bridge to replace my always loose, frequently uncomfortable lower denture made by a previous dentist. He is responsible for not only improving the quality of my cosmetic appearance but the quality of my physical health as well.I travel all the way from Tucson, Arizona to take advantage of Dr. Warpeha's skill and talent. He is truly an artist. Thank you, Dr. Warpeha, for CHANGING MY LIFE!!.
Not A Pleasant ExperienceThe office is kind of a real not a relaxing office. I guess the lady in the business office is his daughter. You can feel the tension between her and the staff. She and Dr. Warpeha are real control-type people. You have to lie there for a long time in a tense environment, and Dr. Warpeha has major BAD BREATH. You can even smell it through his mask. He doesn't give you options. He just tells you what he is going to do, and his bedside manner is nil. I'm not saying his work is bad, but he is very expensive compared to others I have gone to since. They said they could have done it cheaper..
I have been a very satisfied patient of Dr. Wilson. He had done extensive work always with excellent results. Lately I had multiple implants put in for permanent dentures. Wow! What a difference. All the staff is wonderful, friendly, and deliver personalized service. I highly recommend these folks. Victoria M.
Wow, imagine our surprise when after the office checked our insurance coverage and told us that we would have a minimal copay, then sent us a bill for $1269.70! Our insurance only covered an additional $96.00 to that bill. It seems like this would be a difficult mistake to make. Either our insurance covered the procedure or it didn't. We never would have had the work done if we knew the real out of pocket price. Maybe the staff knew that and really wanted the $1300 at any cost? I'll never know, but we will never go back..
I have never had such a fabulous Perio appt as I did with Dr. WilsonHis staff is also first rateMy late father was a dentist and I know he feels I made the best choice in the Twin Cities.
