Horrible experience. They never answer the phones. I had to call Capitol Dental to even get an appointment. Drove 70 miles to said appointment to get met with sorry it was cancelled. No phone calls or any communication saying the appointment was cancelled. Front desk lady was extremely rude about the entire situation..
Dr was always in a rush, and he expected me to accept treatment without explanation. Transferred to new office for better care..
Was a patient for over 30 years. Dr. Miller did quality, lasting and personalized work. He’s personable and approachable. His staff has been with him for years. They are friendly and offer the best service a dental office can offer. No water bottles, tea, coffee, neck massages - just excellent treatment!.
I went to Dr. Miller for 20 years, from birth to 20. The ONLY reason I don't go is because my parents' insurance changed and they didn't accept the insurance. I hope that when I get into my stable nursing job that they have him as a provider in network..
