My wife and I recently moved back to the area from a stint living in the Washington, DC area. We worked hard to find the right professionals to continue our preventative health screenings; including finding a good dentist. There were many dentists to pick from in the Morgantown area and it was overwhelming trying to find one we trusted. We decided on Dr. Adam Myers at Pineview Dental Care. Not only is the location easy to get to but we also found the staff and Dr. Myers to be exceptional. Everyone is very courteous and professional. One of the things that amazes me the most is that at many other medical appointments I attend I often have to wait and wait to even be seen. In the many times we have been to Pineview Dental their staff is always on time and I am seen immediately. They understand the importance of keeping to the schedule and I really appreciate that. Due to the exceptional service we have received and the many benefits I mentioned above, I would recommend everyone to go to Pineview Dental for their dental needs. .
I havent had my teeth cleaned in about 5 yrs.. not afraid of the dentist, just the cost.. :-) I consulted with Dr. Myers and he assured me with the upmost confidence about returning to the world of dentistry. :-) When I arrived, I was actually a tad bit early (to fill out paperwork) and the office staff mentioned they would be able to take me earlier than my scheduled appt. :-) This was a plus in my book because they didn't make me wait until my scheduled appointment. :-) Everyone was very professional and welcoming. The office staff (Shirley) was very polite and easy to work with as far as payment arrangements as well. The dental hygenist (Diane) was very courteous and welcoming. She was very professional along with making me feel welcome while doing x- rays and routine exam. She maintained a positive attitude while working so diligently. :-) When Diane was finished with my cleaning, my mouth felt so brilliant!! And no pain! (for those that are reading that may be apprehensive to the world of dentistry :-)) Dr. Myers came in and explained what he felt was necessary to fix first in a timely (yet cost efficient) manner. He made me feel like he really wanted to work towards the same goals that I wanted when he was explaining everything to me in lingo that I would understand. :-) The overall experience was great and I definitely plan to continue my dental work at this practice.Many thanks to all staff!! .
Mills River Family Dental is an amazing office with an incredibly professional staff. Each are knowledgable in their field and the office is equipped with the technology necessary for any dental emergency. Ever since it changed hands, it has gone downhill. They only are interested is making money, not helping people. It?s like going to a used car sealer and they want you to buy the overpriced Cadillac and when you don?t, you get the attitude treatment. If you show up with an abscessed tooth from hell and think you will get helped¦don?t waste your time seeking their help, you won?t get it, we didn?t When Dr. Tropman ran it, he cared about his patients, he always said if you need anything just call me anytime, me meant that, he drove all the way from his home in Black Mt. at 2am on a Sunday morning to pull a tooth for me, he was a man who cared about people not just $$$ Ever since it changed hands, it has gone downhill.
