I found Wilkop dental when I needed an emergency crown. They opened the office especially for me off hours to immediately see to the problem. And rush ordered the crown to get the whole process done quickly. I travel extensively for business so this was a life saver. Since then, Dr. Carol has stopped a few problems before they've started. Happy to show me the X-Rays and explain everything to my satisfaction..
Terrible customer service, employees are not allowed to spend time talking to customers without being reprimanded. Recommended dental work that was not needed, it didnt sound right so i got a second opinion and it turned out i was correct!!!!! Would not recommend to anyone!.
I had an impacted molar, that cracked and I was in a lot of pain. Dr O'Malley treated my tooth, as an emergency, and came in on her day off, to check my tooth and remove it. Normally an oral surgeon has to remove this type. Dr O'Malley was great, and carefully removed the tooth with no problem. I had no pain and gave her a hug afterwards..
My name is Greg, I called due to a tooth emergency. I have always been tense when it came to going to a new dentist. When I went to New Global Dentistry, my experience of dentists had changed. The staff was very friendly, understanding, welcoming and didn't treat me like I was just a number. As for the dentist, Dr. Carmen O'Malley, she made me feel comfortable about getting my tooth pulled and as pain-free as possible. She definitely made me feel at ease. I will be using their services from here on out, as I have found a dentistry who understands what a patient is and their comfortability. Wiggling of the toes does help :-D. P.s.
