This is the most heatless and neglectful death talk center I have ever attended. I was scheduled for tooth extraction, they had me on strong antibiotics for two months so the infection didn't go to my brain. I go in for my apt at 8am and got thrown out of the office and cops called on me for not answering my phone the day prior to confirm my appointment t . I work until 6pm at night / can't answer my phone at work as most people can't . and not to mention when I didn't answer I was the hospital withy dying mother . and Debbie called the police on me for me trying to explain this to her .she says there is a song on the window . when your in there and your face is throbbing and there only every Sox months how are you going to know about a song on the window!!!!!!? You people are ruthless and you do shitty dental care anyways ! And how about this its not anybody else's problems. You all hate you jobs . quit taking your crappy attitudes out on patients every time the walk through the door!!!! 0 stars.

Excellent experience with Dr Grove and his wonderful staff! No one really likes having to go have a procedure done, but Dr Grove & his staff are caring, compassionate and genuinely care about their patients. He explained the entire procedure in detail with every possible option/outcome....very thorough, indeed! Would not hesitate recommending them to anyone needing an endodontist!.

I have been a patient of Dr. Carter's for 1 year, but have know him for many more. As a health care professional, myself, I tend to be more critical of the operations of other practices. Dr. Carter and his staff run the best practice of any I have ever seen. It is truly a team approach. From the moment you walk into the suite you feel a sense of welcome and invite. The staff goes the extra mile to accomodate each patient and make them feel at ease. I have had both preventative and restorative work done and the level of professionalism displayed by all staff is superior to none. Add to this a high level of caring and concern and this makes a sometimes unpleasant experience (the dreaded trip to the dentist)not seem unpleasant at all. I highly recommend Dr. Carter and his caring team of dental professionals..

I was very pleased with the service I received and meeting such happy people is always a good feeling. I do believe that when staff appear to be happy this reflects back on the employer that they are most satisfied with their job which in return makes myself, being the patient feel welcome and relaxed.
