I am not an easy patient. I have much difficulty dealing with any sensation on my teeth. Plus I have other physical ailments that are exacerbated when I undergo such procedures. Dr Qiotoni is very compassionate and patient. He explains what is necessary and why. He will workout a treatment plan taking into consideration monetary concerns and physical limitations and other concerns. He is making it possible for me to keep the teeth in my mouth. It is still difficult for me to go to the dentist but - the office staff is understanding and helpful, the dental assistants always try to make me comfortable and show they care and of course Dr Quitoni who is a very good dentist that sees the person beneath the patient. I have recommended him in the past and will continue to recommend him..
Dr Zatcoff was professional and explained everything very clearly. This was my first visit but they made me feel right at home, his staff was courteous and helpful. I'm happy that I made the decision to use Dr Zatcoff for my procedures..

Ok, calm atmosphere, pleasant/polite staff and dentists that actually know what they are doing. I've been a patient for years, in fact, I'm from Staten Island and I drive very far to get there, but it's all worth it! Dr. Zatcoff and all of the dentists are unbelievable. They really care about their patients and it shows. If you have any doubts about your current dentist, please do yourself a favor and go to Total Dental Care. You will never regret it! I was super nervous about my double root canal!! Once I was in the chair, I didn't feel a thing. Staff was absolutely fantastic and I highly recommend this office!! They even called a few days later to see how I was feeling!!.
