Very professional. the staff and the doctor are efficient. they are always concerned about your well-being. I recommend them 100%.
This doctor is not a good person and her staff are even worse. She had me sit in for a consultation to go over pain in a tooth that already had been treated for a root canal. Dr. Epelman went ahead and charged me for a consulatation and CT Scan only to tell me she saw no visible signs of a canal that was untreated or left without treatment. She charged me over $300 for the visit plus fees for the CT Scan only to not diagnose anything and tell me the pain could be from the tooth behind the one that was giving me issues. She is not the right fit for an endodontist and should be sent back into training or some kind of program where they can evaluate and read CT scans better, since my new endodontist clearly saw the fourth canal in the same CT scan. The new endodontist performed the retreatment fine, but it is a shame that Dr. Epelman charged me for a consultation and CT scan only to tell me my pain was coming from the tooth behind tooth #3 Moler, when it obviously was coming from tooth #3.
The staf is so rude, unprefessional..
I am so disappointed with this office. I went with my dad for his first check up. Do not go to this place. They have rusted tools that they use in patients mouth and when asked they were bothered. Manager of the clinic was not helpful at all and neglected to confirm the tools were rusted. I took pictures and showed everyone and indeed they are. They are rude and unprofessional. Unless you want to catch a disease from a dentist then go. If not please don't. It's not worth it..

I have been part of the De Cardenas practice for more than 30year. Dr. Decardenas is an excellent professional that cares about his patient. Highly recommend him.
