Beware of the front office help, Donna is a nightmare! She is extremely rude and should not be in customer service for any reason. You make an appointment and have a card for a certain time and date, then they try and tell you your appointment is a week later. They take no responsibility for their errors. The appointment before we also had issues, I came at the time I was told on the reminder call and the doors were locked, I called and they said I was late which was not true. Staff unorganized!.
Dr. Sapienza takes great care for his patients and for dentistry. I had an emergency on a Sunday where I was leaving out of the country for an extended period of time. Dr. Called me right back scheduled to see me and helped me! Phenomenal care for his patience..
You guys are the best! The Cain Family will miss you as we move to Ohio. It's very tempting to drive back every six months for our check ups!.
Our family is thankful for Dr. Sapienza and his wonderful team. They are patient with us (both adults and children!), and their expertise is appreciated. Our 9-yr-old son recently needed a tooth extracted, Dr. Sapienza allowed us to give it some time to feel comfortable with our decision, and when we went in for the procedure all went smoothly. Our son was calm with the help of Dr and his team, and said the pain was minimal "just a little pinch". We are grateful for this dental office, where our whole family can feel comfortable and confident that we are all receiving the best dental care..
