Dr. Fazio and his staff were all insanely friendly. I was blown away with how friendly and caring they were. I absolutely hate the dentist after horrible past experiences with different offices and everyone made sure I was comfortable and doing okay throughout the procedure. I had a family member drive me because I don't do well with dental procedures besides cleanings, and she stopped to ask the doctor a question and he explained everything she wanted to know. She was HIGHLY impressed with the amount of respect shown to us. When we asked questions we didn't receive the typical "make an appointment at the front desk" answer. Dr. Fazio and the staff took the time to answer the questions and say if she wanted to she could make an appointment and he'd take care of everything she was concerned about until she was satisfied. We were annoyed and extremely angry with our previous dentist because they kept scheduling us every 3-6 months to fix teeth that were bothering us however upon calling Aspen Dental, they wanted me to come in the following day for the consult and to get my tooth taken care of. I would definitely recommend them to everyone..

I have been a patient for 18 years and can't say how wonderful the office is. Dr. Girschek is wonderful he makes you feel at ease and not worried. He is a perfectionist my crowns, bonding, whitening are all perfect. Jenny his assistant is very kind and knowledgeable. Kelly and Janet the hygenists have been there for years and do a wonderful job as does Karen the office manager and all the front desk. All in all a pleasure to go to this office. .
I have been a patient at the Waltham Gentle Dental for several years now. The entire staff is great and my Dentist, Dr. Girschek, is friendly and very attentive. He always listens to me and answers my questions. He makes going to the dentist pleasant experience! Would definitely refer my friends/family to him. .
