I was a new patient with a 1:30 appointment. I showed up 15 minutes early to fill out the paperwork only to find out they are closed till 1:30. After waiting 15 minutes I tried to enter at 1:30 an the doors were locked. I tried again at 1:35 and they were still locked. I left, I guess an extended lunch is more important than service or office hours. Many other dentist to choose from..
I always recommend Dr. Ragan and his staff. They are always willing to help in any way. My teenager is comfortable with all of the staff, she loves it and tells all her friends. All the staff is professional and courteous. The building is also very very clean which is important..
