Disorganized, rude, and dishonest. This dentist rescheduled and kept adding appointments to do the things he already said were scheduled for the current appointment. He added 60 dollars to the bill, and said it was because the number he gave was an estimate. After the work was done, I owed 60 dollars more. When questioning the bill, the receptionist refused to let me talk to anyone else. I did get to talk to the owner.. He said he sent me to collections even though the bill was already paid..:(.
This "dentist" appears to be running an insurance scam. They wasted 1.5 hours of my time, did nothing for my health, and any work they did do must be....

Very Pleasant Office! Dr. Joe is an Excellent Dentist! He really took his time to explain the treatments and different options he recommends for my teeth. I would refer all my family and friends to Dentistry By Design! The staff is extremely friendly and patient, they all made me feel relaxed and at home! Thanks to this office I am now finally comfortable to get all my dental treatment completed! They are AWESOME :).
