Dr Kidd and the entire staff are very friendly and focused on the patients comfort. They keep you abrest of progress and all financial information. I am new to the area and I got a toothache. They fit me in right away and gave me a medication for infection and pain and a schedule for treatments..
I would not recommend this dentist because the fillings she did on the right side of my mouth have been extremely sensitive. In addition to the sensitivity, I have not been able to chew anything on the right side because it's extremely painful to bite down on the tooth with the filling. When I called the office to express my concerns they just stated that it was normal. I also had difficult scheduling an appt to have this checked out, so I will be going to a different dentist from now on..
