I haven't been to the dentist in a long time and I finally went and had to some dental done. I was really nervous, but everyone made my experience very calming and so my anxiety level was kept to a minimum. Great experience, I would highly recommend their services..

I did a lot of research before I chose my new dentist several years ago. Dr. Manalo has been a great choice. I regularly recommend her to my friends..

They wanted me to pay in advance 3 weeks $704 for my first procedure? AI asked if I could pay the day of the procedure and the man started questioning me, questioning my character. Asked why I would be worried paying so far in advance for work not done yet. If this is their company policy, I would not agree with it, but it would not be so bad. If it is not, and I was judged on appearance, ( I am clean BTW) or other things like my income level, and others do not have to pay in advance, then I feel I was discriminated against. And he was very rude and tone changed dramatically when I asked to pay the day of the first procedure. He started guessing about my possible reasons for not wanting to pay in advance, even finally saying "This is an upscale dental office and I do not think we are a good match'" Which to me meant he thought I was lower class and a flake. I have perfect credit and have never flaked on a bill in my 45 years..
