I have been seeing Dr. Austin for 15+ years. He has done a great job with my dental health. Unfortunately, I have had discolored teeth and been unhappy with my smile for many years. I recently talked with Dr Austin about improving my smile. He was able to show me some of the work he has done for others and reassured me that he could help me. In just a few appointments, he dramatically improved my smile. I am thrilled!!!! Throughout the process, he made me feel comfortable and answered any questions that I had. He made the transformation easy and the results are Terrrific. I couldn't ask for more. Thank you Dr. Austin and Dita. You are truly professionals and do exceptional work. I am very grateful. Dr. Yee-Yick was recommended to me by a friend. I have been terrified of dentists/dental offices for years & avoided going to the dentist at all costs. Dr. Yee-Yick and his wonderful staff were kind, down-to-earth, genuine people who made me feel comfortable and at home in their office. I even enjoyed my visit. They gave me great care. I don't fear going to the dentist anymore!!.
Clean office and that is about it, the office manager in charge of billing is out of touch with people who are low income and/or state care. Dr.Mike is hack who wants to line his pockets and doesn't care about fixing the problem unless your willing to pay an upwards of 2,500$, not to mention they made me feel like complete crap about myself. Find a dentist that will care about you and stay away at all cost from this office..
HORRENDOUS! One star is waaaay to many. They cleaned, did a root canal and then capped my boyfriends tooth. The cap fell off within the same year. Unfortunately by this point he had moved out of the state. Even though they "guarantee" thier work, unless he could drive 2,000 miles back to thier office they couldn't help him. So he paid to have it re-cemented in by another dentist. While he was still making payments to them for the original procedure. Three months later it's off again. He went back to them while he was visiting family for a cleaning and to see what they could do for him. Only to have the dentist who looked at the tooth said it hadn't been done rite in the first place. After telling them they were the ones that did it, and them looking at all of the x-rays they still had on file from 2 years ago, he was told they couldn't help him. No discount. No apologies. No nothing. Wanted to charge him $800 to have the hole tooth re- serficed and re-capped.. and now they have actually tried to bill him for the "consultation" they gave him about the problem tooth..Horrible business and even ruder staff.
Dr Mike is a wonderful dentist and really listens to his patients. I'm a tough patient with anxiety and super sensitive teeth, but he made sure I didn't feel a thing. Staff is very friendly and welcoming. If you are looking for a dentist consider Henrickson Dental they do great work!.
