Such an amazing doctor, never have I meet such a caring provider and staff. I have told my friends and family about my experience at Manville Dental Group. Walked in as an emergency patient and was taken care of there & then. Its worth the 45 minute drive for me. My family and I have future appointments scheduled to be seen with Dr.Trivedi. Couldn't be any happier..
Made an appointment, received a confirmation call the day of the appointment, the time quoted was half an hour before what we asked for and had confirmed when making the appointment, but we came in that half an hour early because it wasn't a huge deal . Nobody was in the office when we arrived. Nobody answering phones, no contact. Office hours listed plain as day that they should be open. Waited an hour (half an hour past the original appointment time) while continuing to call. Heard the phone ringing inside. Tried paging the doctor, still nothing. This place is super ghetto. Don't waste your time. I have the highest praise for Dr. Nirali Trivedi and her entire staff, very efficient, friendly office, prompt service, positive attitude, always on time. Not only did they fix my dental problems they made me feel comfortable and safe every time I came into the office. They were always professional and caring, loved my experience at Manville Dental Group - I received a comprehensive inspection and professional consultation on procedures i needed - I didn't feel any discomfort during any dental procedures from a Standard Cleaning to Cavity Fillings, Root Canals, and Crowns... Dr. Nirali Trivedi has a gentle touch and her staff have been extraordinarily kind, attentive & professional - Thank you for making this experience a good one. Keep up the good work...
