Not an alarmist or just in it for the money. He has integrity, honesty, knowledge, and skill. He offers thorough and sensible care. He actually cares about his patients health. My husband I had another dentist in Belgrade, with alot of fancy devices, tell us we needed about $7000.00 worth of work. He had the financial paperwork ready and to be signed off on before we even knew what the problems he, "found" were. Dr. Garson however, told us we had healthy mouths. The whole staff is caring and TRUST-WORTHY. My family and I will be lifelong patients..
