This young doctor currently practices in Malden. I saw her recently for an emergency root canal and it was one of the worst health care experiences I’ve ever had. She is young, callous, arrogant, uncaring and rude. It sounds outrageous, because it was. I can not rate her on how well she does a root canal, because I left after just a few minutes. She also lied about the facts of the visit to the refering doctor. Had she owned up + apologized, perhaps I would not be posting..
I had root canal done by Doctor Jacinta Fernandes She was very nice , she took time to do the anesthesia made me feel very comfortable throughout the procedure whit out any pain. She is very professional, has good hands and very polite whit her assistant who also was very polite. They were wonderful I highly recommend to choose her office.
Dr. Caddell has been my dentist for about 10 years. He and his staff are professional, extremely friendly and do a great job..
Appointments run 30-45 minutes late. Office staff does not keep you informed as to the dentist's schedule. In fact, they spend most of their time socializing with each other. The waiting room is dirty and messy, and the treatment rooms don't look very clean..
I have been a patient of Dr. Caddell's for more than 20 years now. Previously I HATED going to the dentist because of pain in getting cleaning and fillings. Dr. Caddell's hygenists are excellent, thorough, and gentle. Dr. Caddell does excellent work, is very sensitive to my previous painfull experiences -- and I almost never have any discomfort -- and most times, he is indeed a painless dentist. Very pleasant office staff too..
