I don't really think people would use this much for a review but I went to Dr. Hickman for treatment and he was excellent. Loved the staff and he is a real patient and qualified orthodontist. My dentist tried to convince me to let her do my braces but I knew that would have been a mistake and I am so glad I went to him. I was in treatment for about 15 months and I figured it would take longer with how my teeth looked. So glad I went to see him at his Maineville office and very happy!!.
I've gone to Dr Kallmeyers office since I moved to the area two years ago. I was satisfied with my service up until I cancelled for the second time recently because I'm a SAHM to a 3 year old. My sitter wasn't available. I was talked into a week day appointment- even though I told them I needed weekends for my husbands work schedule. I was told I could cancel if needed because of my situation. When I cancelled the appointment, I was told it was fine and to call back to reschedule when I had a sitter. About a week after, I got a bill for a cancelled appointment fee. I called to dispute it and April said she offered me a later appointment for the same day in which I could bring my 3 year old (they would "turn the tv on for her".) I don't remember this, even so I wouldn't take my energetic, never-sits-still-toddler to an appointment with me. When I explained ALL this to April, she refused to budge. I feel manipulated and taken advantage of. It's not about the $60- it's the fact they basically cornered me into taking the appointment. She didn't even care when I told we'd no longer be returning, just said thank you and hung up. That office lost 3 patients over $60. I will be finding a different office who won't trick me into giving them money and who will be more flexible with husbands M-F schedule..
Dr. Kallmeyer and staff are always very calming and pleasant. I never feel anxious or overwhelmed. They answer all of my questions and are easy to talk to. Thanks!.
