I called and was quoted a price of $148 for the extraction that had been recommended when I had had my exam. Although I wrote on the authorization that they were not to do any extra work without discussing it with me and getting my agreement, they did just that and ignored my limited authorization. I learned at checkout that my charge would be a "little more" than what I was quoted and they charged me an extra $82! When I asked for a copy of the form I'd signed, they gave me a dismissal letter but told me they had to mail me a copy of the limited authorization. They then threatened to call the police when I questioned why the authorization form had to be mailed to me. (I had offered to come back to get it.) I'd never go back to them..
