I'm adding a 1 star review because after the years I've been coming here, over 20, my daughter and I both had a cleaning appointment at 2pm Today. Last minute my daughter couldn't make it due to car trouble, so I brought my boyfriend to take her place... thinking of this as better than a no-show, but the office manager that's been there a long time got all snotty with me after telling her this, saying oh "we probably can only do x-rays because it's after 2" I said "we got here at 2 so I'm a little upset about that" she replied "we don't have to take him at all." So I said "maybe you don't have to take either of us" She then got all irate, yelling and telling me "get out!" Pointing at the door. I said "you're the irate one here." ...If this is how you treat your client of many years that had also brought you other clientele of family and friends over the years... I'm honestly just sad and disappointed. What is her deal and why is she unable to solve problems? Not sure what to say or think about this really. Well, thanks for everything. Way to take things way too personally... Guess I won't be seeing you. xoxo.

Understanding and patient dentists If you've ever been afraid to go to the dentist then fear no more. The dental group here at redwood are very patient and understanding dentists. I've had to get major dental work performed and was very nervous but they helped me out by explaining every procedure in great detail and giving me the necessary medications to make me more comfortable. They are a little bit more expensive but well worth it..
Mr. Brett Have been a patient at Redwood Dental Group for over 20 years. Excellent and caring service. Friendly staff and great Doctor's. I have sent many of my friends there and will continue to do so. Never had any concerns regarding the quality of work. The staff always seems happy and it is actually enjoyable to go there for my appointments!!!! Keep up the good work..
