I've always had a great experience here. The staff is amazing, it smells fantastic, and it feels like home. The doctors are nice and friendly, but also make sure to complete their work exactly how the patient wants it. Super happy with this team!.
Literally shaking from a conversation with my dentist office. Since when is it ok to be so rude to a customer? She told me I'm at work and it's not my job to call insurance companies...ummm isn't part of your JOB to verify coverage instead of checking what someone else chart shows they paid? Unbelievable! We will not be going back to Frendi family dentistry and definitely don't recommend their offices to anyone in the area. The office manager is extremely rude very argumentative..
She is a highly qualified dentist. She is friendly with patients, and does not recommend unnecessary procedures. The office is clean, spacious, and well maintained. The staff is friendly and courteous. They are also willing to work with you in paying the medical bills when they are large. All in all, a great experience..
