I only put 5 stars so you could see this review. Lady who answered the phone when I called to make my daughter an appointment was very snobby and wouldn't give me an appointment she acted as if I wasn't good enough for this establishment. Told me call someone else . I pleaded with her for an appointment she just blew me off. This is the worst experience I ever had while making an appointment with "professionals " . They treat people like they aren't worthy .. pick another place this one is just too good for you obviously!!!!.

Dr Hausauer is the best dentist I've ever been treated by. She is professional, thorough, and caring. Her staff are all friendly and helpful. Dr, Hausauer uses the latest technology and equipment. She is very responsive to a patients pain concerns. I've never had a procedure done that was painful, including crown replacements and cavities! Also, if you're a little leery of going to the dentist as I was, Dr. Hausauer proved to be sensitive and compassionate. Our whole family sees Dr. Hausauer. I highly recommend her for both adults and children..
Dr. Osborne is a fantastic dentist and is a favorite of my husband and I. He is gentle and very skilled in what he does. He puts us at ease as soon as we walk in the door. I never have any concerns about visiting Dr. Osborne as I have with other dentists. His team is awesome! They are all very skilled and helpful. They too also have a calming effect on us. Scheduling appointments is no trouble at all. Our wait time until the next appointment is very short. We trust him very much!.
Prior to relocating, I was a patient of Dr. Osborne's for 3 years and highly recommend him. He and his staff are very professional and do a marvelous job at explaining procedures and keeping patients comfortable, particularly those who have a phobia for needles or dentists. Before seeing Dr. Osborne, I had not been to a dentist for a while and fortunately only had about 3 cavities that needed to be filled. He worked efficiently, was very personable, and made every experience highly tolerable..
