I had an emergency situation on Dec 31 and was unable to get into my own DDS. Katie worked with me and Dr Reagan and was able to get right in. Such great care from both Katie and Dr Reagan even though I was not a regular patient. I was very greatful for both of them..

Overcharges, Does not participate with any insurances. He overcharges and what your ins does not pay the rest comes out of your pocket.. I missed a appointment because of work and was on his waiting list for a appointment for 5 months..
I have been going to Lowell family medical for almost two years with my family. I feel often times they are too quick to prescribe medication without full examining my concerns. I took my daughter in the other night and saw the dr. He was very quick and right away prescribed anti-biotics, I expressed concern that I feel she has been prescribed them to much this year and he ignored my concern. I brought up a few other concerns and instead of just telling me that we should reschedule for another day for a more full evaluation he proceeded to say that it was the end of the day and he didn't have time to address my concerns, that the staff wanted to go home and that he still and one more client to see. I think it is time for my family and I to see another provider that may have more time to listen, we are paying for a service and I am just not happy with how they made us feel like a inconvenience..
Every appointment we have had we have to wait 45-90mins in the waiting room(and we are never late). Anytime I have gone in for an issue (Which doesn't happen often) they act like nothing is wrong so I am afraid to go back because they don't seem to care. Don't work well with Children, My daughter hates getting shots, so she hid under the chair once and I looked back at the nurse to say just a min and I was getting her, well the nurse rolled her eyes at me as if she was annoyed... I'm sorry but she is a child..
this practice is the best around. I have never had to wait for an appointment, everyone is so nice and caring and they make you feel like you and your health problems and concerns are their top priority. I have dealt with them on a professional level and as a patient and in either case, you are always well cared for, informed almost immediately upon the office receiving your test results and I cannot say enough for this practice..
