Dr. Day is a good dentist. However, she appears to be confusing medical knowledge with political misinformation. The doors to her office announce “Mask Required”, but in fact the office policy is “if you want to wear a mask, wear one; don’t expect anyone else to wear one”. It appears the good dentist appreciates political nonsense more than competent medical advice. Be cautious when you enter her office..
Dr. Day is professional and very knowledgeable. She keeps current in all the latest technology and uses in office. Her staff are wonderful- friendly and caring. I wish I had found her sooner!.
Dr Day and her associates are awesome. I had an old and very large molar filling come out on a Sunday. After calling her office early on Monday, I was in her dental chair within three hours. The molar was treated and received a new crown all in the same visit. I was out of there in just over two hours. Wow! No return visits needed. I totally appreciate their extraordinary efforts to complete these procedures in one visit. They are all rock stars in my view!.
I should start this by admitting that in 65 years I have been traumatized by dentists and was sure I could never find one that cared about me. As a result, years of "poor dentistry" combined with my fear of dentists (read do just enough to keep pain at bay) made me very reticent to seek treatment. I went to him with a non-existent smile with many irrevocably harmed teeth. I happened upon Dr Colon's practice quite by accident but stayed owing to his (and indeed his entire staff's) caring nature. Before we started this journey, we talked about MY goals and treatment options to get me there. Not a fast food "he will have a number 5 with a chocolate malt" that would cater to the masses; but rather a cogent solution with a well-executed plan to give me a "Disney Twinkle" smile. His staff was aware of my fears and did an amazing job at ameliorating all of them. Don't get me wrong, I don't enjoy my time in "the chair," but Dr Colon and his team made me feel more at ease than all other Dentists I have seen in my entire life on 4 continents. The big job I presented to Dr Colon and his staff was met with professionalism, humor, a "can-do" attitude, and a genuine desire to help me, the individual...not just another mouth. For the first time in my life, I am able to smile sans any self-conscious fears of scaring the psyche of women and children irrevocably. The job he and his staff did was Herculean in scope, and certainly not for the weak of heart, but they persevered and now, I stand before you a man with the "Disney Twinkle Smile." I am truly humbled and grateful for all they did for me. Bill Ownby.
The whole office experience is great! I don't feel nervous when going to the dentist anymore. Dr. Colon Bengoa puts me at ease with his calm manner and explains all procedures beforehand, His friendly staff explains all the procedures to be done and how it will be billed. They actually answer the phone! I highly recommend this dental practice!.
I had a through cleaning by Andrea and exam by Dr. Colon. Everyone is extremely professional and knowledgeable. The whole office staff always makes me feel welcome..
