Dr. Binder is replacing a bridge because the anchor tooth cracked. He is professional and always explains everything in detail. There were no surprises..
This dentist is poorly trained and rude. I had to get one of his fillings replaced after it fell out. He barely numbed the tooth and drilled into the gum and nerve. After I flinched, he yelled I would cause him to hurt himself. He refused to finish my work, leaving a hygienist to finish drilling and filling. I was not even offered to rinse after the filling. He didn't report on x-rays and that I needed work on another tooth. I had to see a real dentist afterward for repairs..
I was told that I wasn't his patient now. I did miss two appointments due to a disability. The first time I was knocked out 3 days and groggy and barely breathing. When I reach I let them know the exact reason for missing before. no problem. This time I had a PTSD episode, choking, nightmares, I didn't know who or where I was so I didn't remember. all that was on mine and my family's mind was keeping me alive I asked to speak to him...no they said. I have the right to explain why. Pitiful!!.
Dr. Trosper is without a doubt the most honest and friendly dentist I have ever had. I came from a huge city and the dentist there told me I needed about $5,000 in dental work. Dr. Trosper said that was not necessary and kept me from wasting money. I personally feel like you couldn't find a better dentist anywhere. Or a better all around guy..
Dr. Mike, hygienist Stacey and the entire Pepperhill staff were professional, friendly, gentle, and -the best of all- fun! I hadn't been to the dentist in years. They took extra time to check for irregularities, and clean my teeth. No cavities and a clean bill of health! I was in town from L.A. visiting friends- I'm so glad they recommended Pepperhill..
I can't believe I'm the first review up for this awesome dental office!! I just had my teeth cleaned by this amazing hygienist named Stacey and she was sooo funny and sweet. She was very gentle with my teeth and she took away all of my anxiety. Unfortunately I had a cavity (booo) so I had to make a second appointment for my filling. Dr. Mike was just as great!! Very gentle and quick with my filling...I barely felt any pain. I actually live in LA, but I don't mind flying back to this location for any dental work because they are that good!! My teeth say "thank you" with a sparkly grin!.
