I had a VERY BAD experience , I should of known when making my appointment . I guess it had to do with my insurance . I was treated VERY RUDE by the doctor , when he finally came in the examination room he never introduced him self He did mumble something , he lock at the xray that the nurse took MUMBLED something else and started to leave the office , I had to stop him and ask about what I seen . he left the room , after that the nurse came in and said the filling that fell out would be a little over a $1000.00 to replace it WOW I responded, But if I wanted I could go for the CHEAPER filling that they do not recommend For $390.00 . I could go ON AND ON . it wasn't just him IT was the staff . they must of said LOOK he only has UNITED HEALTHCARE aarp.
I have never had such a positive experience at the dentist. The necessary work is done in a completely professional manner, but nothing unnecessary is pushed on you. The staff is great and the prices seem reasonable. Dr Mozingo is kind and caring, two virtues really desireable in a dentist..
Dr Mozingo is Gentle and Kind. Answers all my questions. Never in all the years I have going to her did she ever want to do work that was not needed. Mary is a top notch in insurance filing. She know my insurance better than me! Highly recommend this practice..
