The staff was under a lot of pressure with 4 people out with flu on the day of my visit they called a day ahead to give me option to reschedule which with my job was not an option at which time they advised me there would probably be a wait time due to short staff. I've waited longer for most dr appts without warning. I was 1/2 hour wait then not rushed one little bit the staff was friendly I have not been to dentist in long time having no dental coverage but they made it so comfortable I was not embarrassed and very well informed by end of visit of all options I would recommend them to any and everybody.
