I have been working with Dr. David Herman since 2010. He did a reconstruction on my jaw line due to what happened at a previous dental office. I received implants and bridges that looked exactly like my original teeth. He gave me my smile back. Dr. Herman will always give you the best fit that is needed and gives options. I have had several people work with Dr. Herman and they are also pleased with his work. He is a perfectionist, cares about what you want and what is going on with you health. I was able to find him through a great friend. if you have an emergency he is always there for you and when he says he will call you after your procedure he is the one that call not a staff member. Staff is great Patricia and Anna. Dr. Herman is Best in Class..
I had a root canal performed by Dr. Dimperio. His office gave me bad information about my out of pocket responsibility. I purposely confirmed this information with them a few times before moving forward. I was then charged approx. $1000 by the office because insurance denied. The office didn't take responsibility and the doctor was unwilling to address this. Terrible customer service leading to me changing dentists moving forward..
I don't normally like to criticize people, since I understand no one is perfect and we all have bad days, but I had a very bad experience with this dentist. I had to return multiple times for the same problem. He was not shy about showing his anger and frustration with the situation, very unprofessional The fact that they are a "no balance office" makes me question their practices. I was also overcharged for "my responsibility" of the bill prior to the work being done. Hoping to get a refund..

OVER CHARGES YOU FOR EVERYTHING- even things you never had done. will never ever go back..
ZERO STARS. WORST DENTIST EVER. charged me for work that was never done. pushes you to get all of this work done, and when you refuse it, he charges you anyway...... just a horrible experience through and through. I stopped going and I am still getting bills years later!!!!! a money hungry animal. what a joke..
