Dr. Young was my children's dentist for many years. He was a wonderful dentist and his staff were courteous and professional. Recently, we were shocked to learn that he had transferred our dental care to another dentist in his practice. We were angry that we were not advised. Dr. Young felt that a mass email and a Facebook posting were sufficient notice to his patients of the change. We disagree. We believe that we should have been personally informed and given the option to remain with the practice or to take our children elsewhere..
