Great, amazing office! Dr. Ratkus knowledge is superb and he instills calmness in the patient. His staff is great. The secretary is warm and welcoming. She assists you in every possible way. The assistant makes sure you are comfortable at all times. This is the best endodontic office!.
My husband, children and I went to Dr. McGee for years, we love him. Alas, he wasn't in our network and we started having to pay up front instead of billing us later, which became a problem for us. His staff can be rude also. We always paid our bills with Dr. McGee, and when I called disputing a bill, (because the way the procedure was worded, wasn't familiar to me), his staff said I should just pay my bills. I don't know what turnip truck she fell off of, but you DO NOT talk to a client like that, because without clients, you don't have a J-O-B! We have since moved out of state, but I will NEVER forget that experience with that girl, (can't remember her name). Kindness and understanding begets kindness and understanding, she needs to learn that..
Excellent therapist. Dr. Williams has taught me how to stand up for myself! A long way from being whole, but better with each visit..
I do not recommend going to this man unless you are tough as nails! My son has seen him 3 times and we will never return... He yelled in his faces and forced his head down and literally pulled his jaws open!. My son is only 4 and was not sure what was going on.. However my son was not flipping out like you might would think...He was rather calm until he got stuck with the numbing needle that we were told he would not have to have... DO NOT SEND YOUR CHILD THERE!!!!! I have heard several horrible stories about him and several have had to have surgery to correct what he messed up! Please stay clear!.
