Sadly, dealing with this office was a very negative experience: to start with, I had to leave messages to get an appointment, and then I found the office manager kind of rude. I still made an appointment, and found Dr Host to be a good dentist, -- but her office to lack follow-through and attention to important matters which ensure an overall professionally-attended dentist's office. Eg, phone calls not returned, follow-up not done (with me and with related providers) as promised, and with questions - I found her assistant (runs the office and serves as dental assistant) was passive-aggressive (!). Sad - a very poor business model for a good dentist..
Dr. Host is professional and caring. She takes the time necessary to completely resolve the problem. Her assistant is also very professional and easy to deal with..
