Excellent service, professional, knowledgeable, friendly, caring. Went beyond any service I have received in the past. I am a 70 year-old Senior being treated for osteoporosis. I broke off a front tooth almost 2 years ago. I am not a candidate for an implant, so I have suffered the embarrassment and lisp of a missing front tooth. I tried using a removable denture, but the lisp worsened and soon the plate didn’t fit. Dr Goodis devised a way to fill the gap with a tooth with no bone surgery. My husband and I are delighted, relieved and thankful for this wonderful gift of a miracle! Thank you SO MUCH, Dr Goodis! You cared and you tried! That is more than I ever thought was going to happen to me at my age..
Worst dental experience ever. Hurt worse than oral surgery for something very minor. Let me choke on parts of tooth while drilling on it. Several things on the office did not work right including what they use to shave down a tooth and a computer for viewing teeth. This caused several issues and when they were finished teethe were extremely uncomfortable and looked horrible. I was so disappointed I ever went there. They also tried to charge thousands of dollars literally for something that only costed a few hundred dollars. Be safe and go elsewhere. They also did not follow all of the new Covid rules. Unfortunately they are only concerned about getting money..
Dr. Goodis, did my crown. Said it was guaranteed for 5 years, no cost. My crown fell out after 1 year of difficult flossing as well as food getting stuck between the crown. When I went in, to get it fixed, I was told theres a fee for xrays. But then I complained - they said they would not charge me. Then Dr. Goodis came out, looked at the tooth and in my mouth - so quickly, its was astonishing. Then he just said, you need a new tooth, theres bone left inside the crown. The crown - had no bone..
I didn't have to wait longer than 2 minutes after I checked in for my appointment 😊 Miranda is seriously the most kind, caring & genuine orthodontic assistant I've ever met (I had braces before) & makes visits to the orthodontist more enjoyable. Gooooo Brodsky Ortho!! 😎.
My daughter told me that it wasn't explained detailed how the expander will be. She did tell her about it but not the process. Like what to expect next. Other than that, no complain. All good! Thank you ♡.
My experience at Brodsky orthodontist has been amazing, the people who work here are friendly, and helpful.I My teeth looks perfect. I am done with my treatment.
