People works on billing has no heart they keep sending people to collection even two of my insurance paid for the work done, they only care about the money, they don't care on ruining your credit sending you to collection without calling you and work with you personally. I hated this place and never again going to this dentist that only care about money they can collect from your insurance plus a big share out from your pocket. Do not go to this place for your dentistry..

I love Dr Greco. She is very knowledgeable, helpful and she really cares about her patients. Dr Greco is very concerned with your comfort - she has never caused me any pain and that is almost a miracle, I am extremely sensitive. I just completed invisalign treatments with Dr Greco and I am VERY happy. My teeth look great!.

This is the second bad experience I have had at Dr. Kerr’s office. The first time I made an appointment the receptionist put the information on a card. I took the day off and came in the day of the appointment. They said I didn’t have an appointment and they could not see me. I went home and got the card off the fridge and showed them the date and time. They said they were sorry but still could not see me that day. So that time I took a day off for nothing. This time I made an hour and a half appointment to have my teeth cleaned. I told the receptionist you are not in my network for my insurance so this will cost me some money. So my main goal is to get my teeth cleaned. I told the hygienist I didn’t want x-rays. I didn’t want the black light. I have had one cavity in my whole 46 years of life. She spent 20 min out of the appointment on my teeth and the last 15 min charting on the computer waiting for Dr. Kerr. He was busy with other clients. She told me I would have to come back for another two hour appointment. She only did one fourth of my mouth. Maybe the hygienist had a long day and just wanted to go home, I don’t know. I was clear what I wanted when I made the appointment and the receptionist said she would give the last hour and half of the hygienist day to do the most she could. I guess her time is more valuable than mine. I went home disappointed again..

My wife had an emergency and root canal was suggested by Doctor and she didn't have money for whole treatment and insurance was not covering it so she was wondering what to do...and one of the staff said ..hey don't worry we have a plan for you...where you have to pay in installments..my wife did ask if its credit card ..and she asked 3 times but the lady in dentist office kept on saying its not a credit card...and root canal was done and at last she got a late payment charge from credit card ..saying that you are late and till that time she was in impression that either its government help or dentist's internal help ...at last ...we realized it was a credit card given by carecredit.com or gemoney.com.
