Dr. Todd calmed my nerves after seeing another dentist that said I needed major dental work. He was so kind, sweet and patient with my anxiety I was having at the time. Turns out my teeth did not need major dental work and he even made me a night guard for sleeping to help my clenching at night. I Highly recommend Dr. Todd for his honesty and overall kindness to my anxiety. I look forward getting my teeth cleaned in 6 months to see him again..
The receptionist that schedules appointments and makes reminder calls is rude. The dentist asks why you're there, as if people don't just come in for cleanings. Like he only wants to see you if there's a problem. The office is only open 3 days a week, like they really don't want to work..
Dr. Kwon is Awesome!!!...I have been going to see Dr. Kwon for approximately seven years now, and he is the best Dentist, that anyone could ask for. The very first time I had an appointment with Dr. Kwon, I told him how nervous I was, and he told me that everything would be okay, and that he would make sure I didn't feel any pain. He kept his word. I now enjoy going to the Dentist, because I have no need to worry anymore, and feel like I am in safe hands. Thank you so much Dr. Kwon and staff..
Wonderful hygentist Reo!! Office staff super welcoming -- a joy to come! Both kids very comfortable here - great transition from childrens dentist and convenient for the whole family! Dr. Kwon very personable and caring!.
i found Dr.Fred on google, because i had a very bad tooth ache, being a person that hates the dentist i really dreaded going, i have no insurance, his staff was friendly and they worked with me 100%, i soon found out i needed a root canal, me being very scared, i fought him a little, he was very patient and trustworthy, i didn't feel not one thing, he is definitely my favorite dentist, i will go back for any work i need..
Very unprofessional. The staff could use some training on the use of dental insurance. I was run out of the office in tears while I had my mouth open and I was already in the dentist chair. Maybe check benefits ahead of time??.
