I am thankful to feel so comfortable here after my first appointment. From receptionist to hygienist to dentist, the staff were kind and welcoming..
She is personable and also highly professional and competent. She discusses options with me and honors my decisions. (This last visit I was disappointed not to see her for the post-cleaning check-up, as I don't have the same ongoing relationship with Dr. Ducoff. That is rare, however.).

Doctor is never available when you are sick, they want to make an appoinment a week away when patient is suffering a UTI. So you're basically telling me to come in as a walk in? Well, no, she says, you'd have to wait a long time... Ugh... SO OVER this place. Looking for a new doctor today! Not first problem here either..
Really liked Dr Hadjipetrou's expertise and thoroughness and taking the time to explain in detail what he'll do and why and willingness to work around health fund details. It's almost like getting a lesson in dentistry. This is supported by the fact that the clinic is fitted with a lot of state-of-the-art equipment that makes it accessible to the patient, such as cameras and monitors for the patient where photos of the ongoing work are displayed and explained. I have to say this helped me to care more about the entire process and subsequent follow-ups. I had a few treatments there now of varying complexity and can easily say this was the least painful/uncomfortable experience I had so far at any dentist. Highly recommended.
