This office is disgusting. The equipment is old looks like its from the 60's. He is a nice man but I will never go back. He has no help. The whole experience was honestly creepy and sceevy. I had to come home to shower I felt so dirty and I was only there for 5 minutes to have an xray done..
Dr Zakaim is a very good Dentist. I find him to be very honest, and professional..

u wait for ever and I had to fight with the staff and her to be reimbursed for an over payment, she needs new office staff and a watch.
Am not assessing her medical/dental skills but I hate this office due to varying other reasons. (1) Long wait times -- in some case more than 45 minutes waiting time for something where the doctor did not even spend 10 minutes with me. (2) Trying to sequeeze more $$$ out of your pocket for some procedure which you may or may not require. (3) poor communication on the procedures that are and will be performed on you (4) Poor communication on patient responsibility regarding insurance coverage -- I was told that I will be undergoing certain procedure which I checked with insurance and was covered; but was billed for something totally different and of course insurance did not pay. In nut shell will not recommend anyone to this office. Highly disappointed..
My Wife is Still Suffering with Teeth after having the Root canal Fixed and I feel no Good treatment done. and also caused $700 money charged but while giving estimates he mentioned $350-$400. Not a clean Hospital as well..
