deceitful billing practices - after a pre-authorization, was told my portion of a bone graft was $1000; after the procedure I was told I owed an additional $1623 for pins and bone cadaver. How was that not covered in the initial pre-authorization of services!?? WHAT IS THE POINT OF A PRE-AUTHORIZATION IF THE CAN COME BACK AND CHARGE WHATEVER ELSE THEY WANT!?.
My experience with Dr.Choksey was safe and informational. He is all about making you feel comfortable and makes sure you understand why you need great oral hygiene. He was very gentle and accommodating to my needs. I have been to other dentists and Dr. Choksey has been the best! His staff is very nice and pleasant to talk to. I traveled a great distance to see him as he was recommended to me and it was worth the trip. I highly recommend Dr. Choksey. .
