Staff is great and Dr. Wojcicki has been so kind and transparent throughout my care so far. Also the late appointments available are very convenient. Couldn’t ask for a better experience!.
This place is awesome! I had a bad tooth and was super stressed about it. Couldn’t find any dentists who would take me in as a new patient, or within a reasonable time. The staff here was super kind & understanding and found room for me ASAP. Dr. Hollander and his assistants are very gentle, made feel comfortable when I was nervous, and best of all, made my teeth look & feel great! Office is super clean & modern, too. Highly recommend!.
Dr. Wojcicki did a filling on my husband who is a relatively easy dental patient. She spent most of her time talking to the assistant about office relationships while forcing an apparatus into my husband's mouth, ultimately chipping and loosening a crown (the crown she damaged fell off two days later). She told him he had bad dental hygiene (he had just had his teeth cleaned the week before) and charged twice what he was quoted..
We recently moved to Kihei & responded to a direct mailer to get my husband and my teeth cleaned. The receptionist was not following basic Covid protocols and did not wear a mask at all during our 1.5 hours in the office. The dentist who cleaned our teeth was not thorough in the cleaning and polishing and seemed not to have a good knowledge of how to use the tools. Less than 10 minutes were spent cleaning and polishing (every other dentist I have been to the process is thorough and takes approximately 30-45 minutes). We contacted the company to express our concerns and they dismissed the concerns & refused to refund any of the $700 we were charged (so we go get our teeth cleaned elsewhere). I suggest staying far away from this unhygienic & poorly skilled practice..
DO NOT GO HERE! This is not a real dental office - the staff are not required to wear masks, the dental “exam” and “cleaning” took maybe 10 minutes. They ended up recommending I fill two cavities and get 4 sealants, urging me to get it done that day. It is a good thing I said no and left that office because after seeing a real dentist, I don’t need any of their suggested work done. THEY COULD HAVE DRILLED INTO AND DAMAGED MY TEETH FOREVER! Thankfully I left when I did and didn’t catch COVID-19 from their non mask wearing receptionist..
Immaculate. Clean hygienic clinicI dont know why someone gave this place a bad rating. They have been around a long time and know what they are doingThe dentist that worked on me was better with his tools then any other the i have visitedAndThey had excellent covid19 safety protocol. Thanks Hawaii dental clinic Kehei.
