There is always a new staff and dentist whenever I go for my sons visit. They don't let you make your own appt. they tell you when it's going to be which is super annoying because once they finally let me know the appt. date I always have to reschedule it for a day that works for ME. The front staff is very friendly but also have no idea what they are doing. Takes forever to finally get seen as well. Its like the cram totoo mamy appts. at one time. I saw one review that said the place with filthy and muddy and covered in roaches...that's a boldface lie. I don't care for this practice but their office and exam rooms are always clean and neat. NEVER have seen this place dirty like someone above described..
Very good dentist. My child is only 6 and needed caps on her teeth. They made her feel comfortable and never once did she complain of pain..
I spoke to the owner who gave me a quote of $132 for a basic cleaning which is a little high, but I agreed because of the convenience of the location. We live in Keene. Upon arrival, the price had increased to $263 for a cleaning! The receptionist said that the owner must have been confused when she gave me that price! What?? There was no confusion when we discussed it on the phone. She refused to let me speak to the owner saying she wasn’t available. I called a reputable dentist in Cleburne who said they’d do the cleaning and X-rays for $99! I doubt there will be any “confusion” upon arrival there!.
Too crowded.. office staff rude. Changed my whole families dentist. Just went back to my old dentist longer drive in granbury tx but worth it for the hospitality and smiles!.
I was very comfortable there. Everyone was exceptionally nice, careful, and friendly. :).
Very reasonable wait times, clean office space and professional and knowledgeable dentist! Would highly recommend Dr. O!.
