"there are other dentists in town" EXTREMELY RUDE! The fake smiles ended the moment I had an issue with my insurance because of a card change, which I took the time to resolve, another doctors office I went to yesterday was able to verify my insurance is active but they are UNWILLING TO CALL MY INSURANCE because they're a "busy office" They lost my business my son's business my mom's business and my grandmother's business the office manager needs to be a better person she was very rude and condescending in person. Shame because the dentist seemed nice, your loss!.
If you feel you have been mistreated by this dental office then you need to make a complaint with the MISSOURI DENTAL BOARD pr.mo.gov . Its the only way to get them to stop mistreating People. The staff here will go from seeming very nice to turning into violent abusive people very very quick.. You should also record all of your visits to this office (which is legal in Missouri without their consent.) and bring someone with you for protection.. also never under any circumstances leave a child or a disabled adult alone with the staff.. not even for a couple minutes.. Google the hospital they are located in and you will watch news articles of disgusting things staff had done to people..

Did not agree to have work done on my teeth when this dentist wanted it done. After a couple of appointments he chose to lie about a recommendation to have the work done that he said he received from my periodontist that he did not receive..
Any crown work you receive there, the temporary will fall off consistently, and if you make an appointment to have it put back on they will tell you that you didn't need to rush in to have that done even though the exposed tooth is sensitive and painful..
