I don't like the fact that he touches that filthy lamp wearing the gloves that he proceeds to put in a patient's mouth. The gloves protect the doctor from unwanted germs but not the patient. It's unsanitary, and there are too many germs and viruses out there. He discards his gloves after use, but leaves that filthy plastic on his lamp that he handles before, during and after he touches the inside of a patient's mouth..
I've been with these guys for a couple years with no issues. Today, i had a scheduled appointment for a filling that has been bothering me for a week. I scheduled with them a week in advance. The office tries to reschedule me last minute because they have cancellations, and the dentist wants an early weekend. Unfortunately, i am out running errands i planned to get done in the morning so i could make the appointment in the afternoon . They have no empathy, no professionalism, no more customer..
Terrible experience. My dental work fell off within 24 hours. Twice! Then the office started avoiding my calls. Completely unprofessional..
the office is well kept and nicely appointed. i never wait for my appointment. the office runs like clockwork. in the beginning i wasn’t feeling welcome by the receptionists. once they got to know me they were kind and helpful. i am having implants. i wish that the staff had given me the allowed foods page in an email or another time than right after the extractions. the last thing i wanted to do then was go grocery shopping after trauma and gas i had requested!! i wish i would have had the food nicely packaged and ready for me at home. also. after gas i am unable to listen to instructions. i wish i would have had them earlier as well. it is nice that everything is printed out for later perusal at home!! i do appreciate the doctor and his staff. implants are quite costly so be prepared. i would recommend this doctor to anyone needing periodontal care!.
Dr. Dubravec said that extensive work was needed on three teeth with gum grafts at a cost of over $10,000. I followed my gut to a second opinion who concurred with my regular dentist for work on one tooth only and a simpler, less invasive, more current procedure, at $1,000. The visit with Dr. Dubravec felt more like an intense sales call than a doctor visit looking out for a patient's best interest. Additionally, there was no air conditioning and office personnel said it had been 9 weeks of no air. The floor in the exam room was filthy. There were other issues due to a lack of training during the exam. So, poor professional judgement, no air conditioning, dirty exam office, poor training of exam staff....I'm out..
Love Carol, always very friendly and accommodating. My mom has been very happy with all of the staff and they've made it a pleasurable experience for her..
