Dr. Tim Cain is knowledgeable and current with both new procedures and equipment. I thought he was about as painless as a Dentist can be. If your teeth and gums are in good shape he lets you know and doesn't look for something to pad the bill..
I have two words for Dr. Cain, compassionate and selfless. Dentists in WI, will not take Medicaid or Medicare patients because of the almighty dollar. I'm very thankful for him. He has two offices and neither are fancy. He's spread a little thin, but quickly gets the work done. His receptionists are very kind and respectful. He might not answer a lot of questions or spend a lot of time with you but If you need no frills dental work done I would highly recommend him. He gets 5 stars from me..
I had a terrible experience with Dr. Timothy Cain. He was not nice at all. He was actually very rude with me. He mumbled when he talked to me and I asked him to repeat what he said and he snapped at me as he repeated. When he cleaned my teeth he was very aggressive and it was extremely painful. My gums are still bleeding and swollen and I have a constant throb in my mouth. I will NEVER go back to Cain dental and I would not recommend him to my worst enemy..
I am terrified of dentists, which led me to not taking care of my teeth of course which led me to an emergency visit to Aspen Dental. I cannot say enough great things about this place from the receptionist to the financial team and everyone in between. They were all very aware of how much pain I was in and moved quickly, professionally to help me. When the time came for them to really look at my teeth, I was expecting the same responses that I normally get “if you were to see a dentist on a regular basis, you wouldn’t be in this situation” but they didn’t the responses were kind and sympathetic and not judgmental. I am going to go back there and get my entire mouth taken care of and it’s not going to cost me an arm and a leg. Thank you for making feel comfortable.
In January of 2018 I had a crown to correct a problem tooth. Everything was excellent from the care to the perfect solution for the problem tooth. I have been a patient of Dr. Stegeman for over 30 years and have always had excellent care and results. From Dr. Stegeman's expertise, professionalism to the excellent staff I would highly recommend him as your care is the main concern..
Because of a change in my health insurance, I needed to find a new dentist. I chose Doctor Stegeman from a recommendation of a co-worker. My. experience could not have been better. Doctor Stegeman and his staff are nothing short of professional and friendly The reception area and procedure rooms were very clean, and the fees are right in line with my previous dentist. I am happy to say that I've found a new dentist who met all of my expectations. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a new dentist!.
