Very bad experience with this jailhouse ordered my fiance a package in somebody else's name and which I didn't know that was illegal finally contacted R&R which is the shipping and receiving facility for Jamestown penitentiary they told me after being rude and cussing me out that they would in fact send the package back because it was an illegal transaction that was over 2 months ago and now I'm finding out that the package still went out to the M8 in which they knew it was an illegal transaction I had explained to them that I've never been in jail and wasn't aware of the jail politics and yet and still the man cussed me out and told me I was wrong and he was sent the package back well now I have to chop up my money and write the warden just to let him know of my badexperience and how they retaliated on me SMH... This place isn't professional at all and you will get treated as an inmate...... Fair warning try your best to not deal with them.
