Pieter at Jacksonville Denture Clinic is amazing. I can not believe the last review I read he had. Pieter takes more time with his patients to make sure you are happy and are able to use your dentures. Does not stand behind his work. Been 9 months and can't even eat a banana without them coming loose. I went to him crying at one time and he told me, I promise they will fit after 6 months. He made the promise several times. Now says nothing more he can do, (he's done 2 relines) and is now making excuses about the ridges in my mouth? He has seen my mouth for 9 months. DO NOT GO TO HIM.
It's never desirable to find a new dentist after being a long time patient of another. However, when my dentist left the area to teach, I was referred to Dr. Scott Brodie. I immediately felt most comfortable and extremely grateful to have been guided in to the wonderful/capable hands of this new dentist as well his caring staff. I sheepishly admit I feel even more comfortable with Brodie Dental then all the years at my other dental facility. Great family practice I would recommend to anyone..

They explained everything in detail and made sure I understood before my procedure Did this dentist pressure you to get any unnessary dental procedures? Not at all! They always have my best interest in mind Did this provider listen to your input and concerns? Absolutely! This provider always listens carefully to what I have to say! Do this dentist have a good professional reputation among other dentists? Yes, other dentists refer to him/her when they need advice Is this provider easy to reach in an emergency? Yes, they answered my call right away.
They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with, the two front desk women greet me and my fiance by first name whenever we walk in, regardless of whether we have an appointment. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. They offer laughing gas (nitrous oxide) free of charge, for those of us who have severe anxiety about the dentist. I have never felt that making me comfortable is an inconvenience to them in any way! All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future of my oral health. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all..
