Had a toothache and was able to get in 2nd day. I though a crown was loose but it was a fracture from an old root canal. I was faced with making a decision of a couple of procedures he could do. After the assistant shared all the details I choose an implant Didn't know actually what to expect. It was intense but I made it through it. Dr. Pinney kept asking me was I alright. But I think it was my nerves which was a wreck. He was firm but gentle as he could be when pulling a molar. Well they try to make you as comfortable as possible. Thank you team!.
Dr. Pinney was great and took care during the exam after I fell and busted my mouth..
Routine dental follow-up appointment. Short waiting time, careful and thoughtful dental hygienist. Thorough exam by the dentist who saw something on the X-Ray unrelated to my teeth or gums and took the time to write a note to my PCP recommending further evaluation..
I paid out 3,000. out of pocket, and my insurance paid out 3,000. in payments. After 6,000. my mouth has gone from a functioning mouth to a set of teeth that can't bite into a marshmallow!!! he sanded my two front teeth down to the gums and glued my caps to my gums instead of leaving some tooth and a post for my crowns to attach to, they take turns falling out about every three weeks. He sold me a partial that I have to remove every time I want to eat or drink something. nothing holds it in correctly and I almost swallowed the thing on a couple of occasions! He sliced through my gums between a couple of my back teeth, and made a good sized gap there. now food lodges between and is almost impossible to get out. I called and told him these things need to be corrected. He said he would not, because I owe 200.00 on my bill. I am not paying him any more money until this is fixed! He also refuses to release my dental records so I may go see another dentist, and my insurance will not pay for another round of xrays this soon. I do not recommend this dentist. I should have known better, he walks around with half his teeth missing because he says he can't keep his bridge work in. Well, if he fixed his teeth like he did mine, I can understand why!!! Thanks for taking my mouth of perfectly functioning teeth, and ruining them Mr Williams. I hope you lose your license to practice!.
I would like to respond to Mrs. Hernandez negative remarks. Although I do not know this person, I am not sure where she is coming from. My entire family for 2 generations have been going to Dr. Williams and have been nothing, but completely pleased with his professional work and thoughtfulness. As always-there are 2 sides to a story...... I highly recommend him as a dentist! We support and thank you, The Lewis Family.
I was referred to Dr. Williams by a neighbor who had been a patient for a number of years and still is.. After my first appointment I was completley pleased with Dr. Williams services. I have been back a number of times and will continue to see him as my dentist. I would like to complement the young lady that cleans my teeth. She does a great job. His staff goes out of their way to work with you, from scheduling of appoiments to filing of your insurance..
