Called five times from 9:00am to 4:30 pm to make an appointment. No one picked up the phone or called me back after I left a message. Very poor service!!!.
Dr. Etue is, hands down, the best dentist I've ever seen (or even heard of!) He truly does everything he can to make patients as comfortable as they can be. However nervous you are, he's incredibly patient and will put you at ease. Or if you're like me and just kind of stubbornly suck it up, he can easily spot it. Anytime I'm in pain, he just seems to know and adjusts, so my experiences are always totally fine. He and his staff are also just incredibly cool people. Anytime he tells me things are looking good, I'm almost disappointed because I won't get to hang out and BS with him for that much longer, and that's really a testament to what appointments there are like - It doesn't feel like the dreaded dentist appointment to me, it feels like going to hang out, get a little work done, go on with the day. All I can say is thank goodness someone so cool and compassionate chose dentistry as a profession! If you're looking for a dentist, look no further. I would challenge anyone to visit him and not immediately have found their permanent dentist; he's the best out there! Dr. Etue is, hands down, the best dentist I've ever seen (or even heard of!) Battling pretty heavy dental anxiety though in dire need of care, I found Dr. Etue and scheduled the first of what I thought would be several painful and expensive visits. Now, just moments after the visit, I am excited to resolve problem areas and enamored at the approach Dr. Etue takes both to address concerns and establish relationships. The personal interactions and calm candor in the entire office made it the most pleasant office visit I've had with a doctor to date. Great office staff, exceptional hygienists and assistants... so glad to have found Complete Dentistry!
