Dr. Duthie and his staff are some of the nicest, helpful, concerned people I've ever met. They are obsessed with helping people. They really value service and try to send the message that they care. Dr. Duthie really tries to help people financially by working out a payment plan. They are totally sincere. He is one of the best orthodontists in Ithaca and Auburn..

I had never heard of Dr. Bonniwell's, I had an emergency and was referred to his office. He was able to get me right in. The entire staff was extremely friendly, everyone went about and beyond. The doctor treated me like a family member, discussing each option there was for me and never making me feel pressured. I had never been put under, the women made me feel very comfortable and were quite funny. For the situation I was there for, I actually had great experiences. I would highly recommend!.
Great help from Dr. Ameja, Kari, Cassie and Kelly yesterday! I had an abscessed front tooth that they took care of immediately, all were very friendly and it was one of the better experiences at the dentist..
Really nice that the first visit, including radiographs, was free. It took a while to get an appointment with the hygienist Nadiya, but she was very friendly and knowledgable. I just wish she had told me there was an extra cost (besides the prophylactic cleaning) for doing fluoride before having me use it. At least I got to use a 20% off coupon from the website for her services, so I didn't mind much..
You guys do a wonderful job there at Aspen Dental Ithaca.. Nadiya, Valerie, Kelly and Dr. Novas are the best!.
